While acting as a marketing agency our campaigns are 100% carried on behalf of our advertisers and we do not act as a lender or broker or solicit customers for any other services. Information collected from the customers are only in connection with obtaining quotes for home purchase loans, home refinance loans, or home equity loans. For example, they are asked to provide their full name, address, telephone number, and other financial information to pre-qualify them on behalf of our advertisers and connect them to their loan officers.

When customers choose to inquire with a lender or broker who advertises with us, their information remains between them and that lender unless we are engaged for providing additional support services. Also, no additional and or increased fees and or charges of any kind are charged or incurred by any customer as a result of our services.

Our staff is not authorized to quote any rates or commit any benefits to customers. We do gather additional information as may be required while providing processing or underwriting support to our Advertisers. However, our advertisers are solely responsible for the conduct of their loan officers and business practices. And, we do not endorse, warrant or guarantee the products or services of any lender or broker, including, without limitations, any rates, points and loan programs quoted by lenders or brokers. Also, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18 years of age.

All data collected are stored on our secured servers in United States with limited access to various levels of users within our company and with our advertisers.
